Hero's Gauge

from Early Architecture by Wetdryvac's Lair

/

about

Tonal construct: Intent, to sing something that combined forward, backward, and octave-shifted, would become an inverse round.

*grins*

Yeah, I got it right the first time - and was never able to do it again, despite a month of trying.

Also worth noting: Started singing without thinking first, "Perhaps this should have some lyrics," And had been awake for bloody ages, so some of the words were a touch difficult to transcribe after the fact.

lyrics

by the time I found where you had gone
none can find where you had gone
and I took you from the hungry ground
to carry back home

by the time I carried on to find
none can teach to the divine
by the time I carried on to find
hungry ground had gone

(one) and a play to ferry song
none to count or carry
place to find the lonely wall
none can come to carry - carry home

about

Wetdryvac's Lair Weld, Maine

Wetdryvac is a consulting device, a musician, and a free will procedural ethicist. This makes for some seriously odd material from time to time, much of which is worked with here as Wetdryvac's Lair.
